This clinic strives to understand you, your symptoms, and what matters most to you. An in-depth understanding of who you are will provide the necessary context for creating a treatment plan to optimize your psychiatric and emotional well-being.
A collaborative approach
Mental and physical health are closely connected. This clinic will work with your primary care provider and, when appropriate, specialists to provide you with comprehensive and coordinated care.
Brief Telephone Call for Prospective Patients
We will have a conversation to better understand your situation and determine if we are a good fit.
During our initial conversation, we will briefly discuss your current state, medical and psychiatric history, clinic services, insurance status, and options moving forward.
If I do not think that my clinic is a good fit for your needs, I am happy to provide you with information about other providers.
Accepted Insurances
This clinic accepts Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, MVP, and United Healthcare plans as well as “traditional” Medicare, which means patients are responsible for co-payment, deductible, or co-insurance expenses in accordance with their health plan.
Unfortunately, due to insurance regulations, Medicaid is not accepted.
Is your plan not on the list? This clinic also accepts payments via credit card and can either provide an invoice (AKA superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company or can submit an out of network claim for possible partial reimbursement.

Intake Appointment
All intake appointments occur in person. During this appointment, we will discuss your current symptoms and functioning, psychiatric and medical history, and unique lived experiences. Together, we will develop a treatment plan tailored around your goals.

Psychiatric Follow-Up Visits
Psychiatric follow-up visits will occur either in person or via telehealth. At these 25 or 50 minutes visits, we will review your mental health and treatment goals to guide medication management and/or talk therapy.
Follow-Up Visit, 25 minute: $195
